The estimated shipping time frame provided by carriers does not include the time it takes to produce your order.  

Most orders ship within three business days; however, issues with artwork and seasonal order volume may lead to delays in order processing.

Your order will be placed on hold if it is missing information required to complete your order, or we have received poor quality artwork for your custom product.  A customer service representative will reach out to you to resolve the issues with your order so it can enter production if your order is placed on hold.
